I’m in love. I never write companies with feedback - whether it’s good or bad. But I actually wrote Lerinn customer service to tell them how much I love their sunscreen. And to my surprise, the founder of Lerinn wrote me back a personal and lovely note.

I have fair skin that is very reactive and burns easily. Plus I have rosacea and I also break out from time to time, and get rashes. Skin cancer runs in my family and my grandfather died of melanoma so I take sun protection seriously. It has been impossible to find a great mineral sunscreen that works well and meets all of my many requirements.

I’ve been using EltaMD UV Clear for maybe 15 years now. Every day. It’s a good sunscreen but it is thicker than I liked, and it definitely leaves a white cast, and pills significantly. Plus the tinted version is orange brown on my fair skin. Even mixed with the untinted, it oxidizes orange.

So I have been looking for a mineral sunscreen with minimum SPF 50 that is without silicones or fragrance. Although some people with rosacea and sensitive skin do alright with silicones, it actually makes my rosacea worse and clogs my pores and causes breakouts. And fragrances are a well known irritant for all skin types. Most mineral sunscreens either have silicone or they have lower SPF or contain fragrances.

Additionally, I’ve been looking for a sunscreen that isn’t thick and goopy and doesn’t pill all day long. And that I can reapply over the first layer later in the day, and not have the first layer come up in pieces all over my face.

And lastly, I was trying to find a sunscreen that didn’t leave me looking like an oily mess. I’m already a sweaty person and it gets worse in the heat. Every time a sunscreen is labeled as dewy or glowy, it never dries down. I end up looking like a wet oil slick the whole day. I end up feeling uncomfortable. And worse, it slides off my face and I lose all of the protection which defeats the purpose of wearing it.

I have tried at least 40 sunscreens that supposedly met these requirements and none of them actually worked for me. Including: Ranavat, Bloom Effects, Onekind, Biossance, Everden, Odacite, Kosas, Violette, Osea, Prequel, Clearstem, Bubble, Tizo, Beauty of Joseon. The list goes on.

I get absolutely nothing out of writing this review. I’m a therapist and I’m not in the beauty industry. I’m taking the time to let other people know so that maybe this sunscreen will help you in the way it has helped me! And more selfishly, I want more people to try it so that it becomes more popular, so that the brand will never stop making it because it’s so perfect!

I just ordered another bottle and I’ve been telling all of my friends and family. The only downside is the price for such a small amount. Yes it’s on the pricier side for sunscreen, and I honestly wasn’t looking to spend as much for a daily face sunscreen. But for me, it is well worth it. No other sunscreen comes close to this amazing formula!

I have very problematic, sensitive skin. I breakout from nearly everything, I have oily skin, and I have pustular rosacea. I've had a growing acne cluster on my chin that was painful and itchy. Every cleanser and every product I tried aggravated it. I started losing hope, until I tried this cleanser. I noticed after washing the spot didn't hurt anymore. It dried up some of the acne and made the redness better. This cleanser also doesn't feel too drying, yet it effectively cleans my face and prevents breakouts. Please never stop making this cleanser!

A very easy-to-use and easily absorbed physical sunscreen. It spreads well and doesn’t leave a white cast on the face. Suitable for the whole body. The ingredients are simple and gentle, making it great even for sensitive or allergy-prone skin. We use it for our three kids as well. I’m almost done with my second bottle—highly recommended!

I thought this sunscreen lotion would like most sunscreen products but turns out it is even better than I expected! The texture is like skincare lotion; it is lite and not feeling oily. I like it is a fragrance-free product and feeling harmless to my skin.

We’ve tried so many sunscreens, but this one has become our go-to for the whole family. It goes on light, doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy feel. Easy to wash off at the end of day.

Love this sunscreen! It’s very lightweight and easy to apply. Does NOT irritate my eyes at all. Since it’s fragrance free, I don’t have to worry about attracting bees when taking my kids to the park. I feel safe that my kids can use this, too! One bottle for the whole family!

I love this product—this is my second jar! I have combination skin, and it’s incredibly easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I love the dewy feel it gives my skin, and I’ll definitely keep using it for the best results. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using all Lerinn products for a while now. I feel totally comfortable using their products knowing that they don’t irritate my skin and there’s no unnecessary additive. My neck had an allergic reaction using vitamin C (a different brand) a few days ago, so I immediately stopped the vitamin C and only used this repair serum. It healed completely in 2 days!! This serum not only soothed and repaired my skin, it’s also hydrating enough that I don’t need to use any other products while my skin was healing. Highly recommended!!!

I have oily skin and have been using acne products however, those products dry up my skin and in the winter months my skin would be overly dry. With this face wash I feel clean, light, moisturized after every wash. It’s so gentle and comfortable. No fragrance. It’s like washing my face with a piece of cloud. Just perfect! I love it!

This is the best cleansing foam I’ve ever used! It’s very silky and one pump is enough to give me a clean and refreshing face! I love the fact that they make it a 90ml per bottle package so I could bring this with me in the carryon suitcase when traveling.!

Loveeee this serum!!! It’s super lightweight and soothing. Now I don’t even use toner anymore. I use this serum right after the aqua gel and my skin feels very moisturized and soft for the whole day. My skin doesn’t feel dry or itchy ever since I started using Lerinn a few months ago. This is a must have!

I use this as the last step for my daily skin care during winter and it’s perfect!!! It’s super moisturizing yet not heavy/oily at all. My skin has always been very dry and I after using this for a few months, it has repaired my skin so much! I love to use it right after the aqua gel and serum.

This is the product I like the most from Lerinn. It’s so MAGICAL!! It’s very soothing and moisturizing at the same time. It makes my skin very soft for the whole day! I like it’s perfect to use in all season and all types of weather.

I put this one after the gel, feel that this cream provides a “seal” to prevent all the moisture disappearing and because of the texture, one can lasts long.
