We offer a 30-Day Skin Guarantee so you can try Lerinn with confidence. If your skin doesn’t love your first Lerinn product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The Skin Guarantee is limited to one product per customer from their first order placed on lerinnbeauty.com. To request a refund under the Skin Guarantee, please contact us at support@lerinnbeauty.com with your order number.
We also accept standard returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only products purchased on lerinnbeauty.com may be returned. Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lerinnbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like samples or gift cards. Used products are not eligible for standard returns, but may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Skin Guarantee (limited to one product from your first order). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
